The City of Sunrise provides its residents and businesses with garbage, recycling and bulk trash collection services. These services - including their customer service and billing functions - are handled by the City's Public Service Division. Garbage and recycling services are billed on the customer's water account.

In accordance with Section 403.7049 of the Florida Statutes, the City’s Notice of Full Cost of Solid Waste Management is available for download. New cost data will be updated in December 2024.
