The City of Sunrise recently implemented enhancements to our Utility Billing system to improve the customer service experience. Following the change, all email addresses associated with customer accounts were contacted with a detailed message explaining the steps to initiate and access their account. Should you encounter any issues, or if you would like to learn more about managing your account in this enhanced system, we also have a customer help manual available.

Pay Automatically Every Month with a Check or Credit Card
You can now make payments automatically each month using your credit card or bank account, with no transaction fee using our new Utility Bill Payment System. There is no longer a separate form needed to enroll in our free bank drafting service, just visit the new Utility Bill Payment System and sign up right from our convenient online system.
Make a One-Time Payment from a Checking Account or Other Payment Method
To make a one-time payment on your utility bill, visit www.sunrisefl.gov/onetimepayment. Simply enter your account information, choose your preferred payment option between checking account, credit card and other methods, and then complete the transaction.
Pay Your Utility Bill by Phone - Available Now!
Call toll-free 1-866-335-0510 to pay your utility bill by phone using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card, a debit card, or a check. This service is provided free of charge. You will need your Customer ID and Account Number to pay by phone.
