City/County Emergency Orders
Pursuant to the Governor's Executive Order 21-102, issued on May 3, 2021, the provisions of the Broward County Comprehensive Emergency Order and the City's declarations of emergency regulations related to the COVID-19 pandemic are suspended until further notice. While it is no longer a requirement, all persons are encouraged to continue to wear facial coverings and practice social distancing. Private businesses may impose their own requirements.
The following City of Sunrise Executive Order is currently in effect:
- May 4, 2022. The City of Sunrise issued an extension of its Declaration of State of Local Emergency.
