Laguna Water Service Line Replacement

PROPOSED PROJECT START:  Summer 2024
TENTATIVE PROJECT COMPLETION:  Winter 2026

The City of Sunrise Utilities Department has contracted with Roadway Construction, LLC to replace the water service lines in the Laguna community. See map below for project area.

This project reflects the City’s commitment to proactively replacing aging infrastructure—minimizing costly and unexpected repairs, and providing a reliable network of underground pipes to move water to residents' homes.

While partial, short-term road closures will be required, the contractor will ensure that detours are clearly marked and residents have access to their homes. 

Brief service interruptions will be scheduled and announced in advance of the work. All construction will be performed during the day.
