Utility Lien Interest Amnesty Program

On June 11, 2013, the Sunrise City Commission passed a "Utility Lien Interest Amnesty Program" (the Program) whereby customers may have utility liens satisfied by paying their outstanding utility charges and a lien satisfaction fee. The City will forgive accrued interest on the liens as long as the individual complies with the terms of the program. Those who wish to take advantage of this program must pay all outstanding utility charges and lien satisfaction fees as well as submit a completed program application to the City no later than May 31, 2014.
