Reservation Information

For additional information about athletic facility rentals or to inquire about a specific rental date, please contact the Leisure Services Department at (954) 747-4600.

Requests will be taken on a first come, first served basis and must be made at least two weeks before the desired reservation date.
Once the request is approved, the reservation must be made in person at the Leisure Services Department, located on the second floor of the Sunrise Civic Center (10610 West Oakland Park Boulevard). Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
To qualify for resident rates, proof of residency is required. Please see the table below for acceptable proof of Sunrise residency. Documents must be current (not older than two months).
