Representative Daryl Campbell proudly serves as the Florida State Representative of House District 99, advocating for the vibrant communities of Fort Lauderdale, Lauderhill, Lauderdale Lakes, Wilton Manors, and Plantation. In his inaugural term in the Florida Legislature, Representative Campbell sat on pivotal committees such as Healthcare Appropriations, Justice Appropriations, Civil Justice, Ways and Means, and Energy, Communication, and Cybersecurity.
Representative Campbell approaches his role with a solution focused perspective of a social worker. Through these quintessential skills he is able to deliver constituent services, build relationships with governmental bodies and community leaders, and possess a profound comprehension of local concerns. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Sociology from Jacksonville University and a Certification of Addiction Studies from Miami Dade College. Representative Campbell graduated from Barry University with a Masters in Social Work. The passions instilled in him from his professors and classmates at Barry continues to motivate him as he pursues his PhD in social work at Howard University.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Therapist, Representative Campbell’s experience has deeply influenced his work within the Florida Legislature. His dedication to the field continues as he grapples with micro and macro challenges of addressing the mental health crisis. Through his practice, "Voice Unplugged," he empowers individuals to embrace their authentic selves, transcending barriers of race, gender, and socioeconomic status, to unlocking their limitless potential. Representative Campbell firmly believes in cultivating a purpose-driven mindset, viewing obstacles as opportunities to effect meaningful change.
Representative Daryl Campbell remains a tireless advocate for his constituents, championing policies to enhance healthcare accessibility, spur economic development, improve education, advance criminal justice reform, and increase affordable housing options. His leadership is defined by empathy, strategic problem-solving, and unwavering integrity, driving positive change and fostering a stronger, more resilient District 99. His commitment to social justice and community empowerment continues to inspire positive change and foster inclusivity in future social workers at every turn.
John W. Stevens, III, a Board-Certified Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law, received his B.S. in Legal Studies in 1995, and his J.D. in 1998, both from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Stevens is an AV® Peer Review Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. He is the managing partner of Stevens & Goldwyn, P.A. While in law school, he served as Managing Editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, on the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, and as a mediator for a Florida-Bar sponsored juvenile mediation program, for the United States Postal Service, and for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He was a member of the Advisory Board of the Nova Southeastern University Alumni Association and an Adjunct Professor of legal Studies at Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Stevens was also the Vice-Chairman of the Town of Davie Planning and Zoning Board and Local Planning Agency Counsel, a former member of the Fort Lauderdale International Airport Advisory Board, and past Chairman of the District Boundaries Review Committee for the Town of Davie, Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the Federal Bars of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the General, and Bankruptcy Bars of the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to forming Stevens & Goldwyn, P.A., Mr. Stevens was a partner at a Boutique Fort Lauderdale Law Firm concentrating in Association representation and commercial litigation. He has worked on a variety of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, fraud, yacht construction defects, yacht brokerage disputes, lien foreclosures, real property and maritime mortgage foreclosure actions, Condominium and Homeowner Association matters, and other general civil litigation matters. Mr. Stevens has dedicated a majority of his practice to the representation of the finest community associations in the State of Florida.
With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Brandon Levy is a dedicated and knowledgeable insurance professional committed to helping clients protect their assets and secure their futures. Specializing in multi-family condominium associations, Brandon provides personalized service to meet each client's and community’s unique needs.
Brandon began his career in insurance after earning a degree in Business and Psychology from Florida State University where he has since been recognized on three separate occasions as receiving the prestigious honors of the Seminole 100 award. Seminole 100 recognizes the nation’s 100 fastest-growing FSU alumni-owned businesses. His latest ranking placed him as the 23rd fastest growing company.
Prior to joining Acentria Insurance, Brandon founded his own insurance agency, Legacy Insurance Associates, back in 2016. Today, he protects over 400 community associations across the Southeastern United States.
As a Foundation Risk Partners Company, Brandon has been recognized as Acentria Insurance’s 2023 New Business Producer of the Year for Commercial Lines. He has also received the Foundation Risk Partners Commercial Lines Producer Impact Award for the past two consecutive years. In addition, Brandon is a member of the elite Foundation Risk Partners President’s Club as an Eagle Circle member, reserved for only the top percentage of organizational producers.
Throughout his career, Brandon has built a reputation for his integrity, reliability, and dedication to his clients. He believes in creating long-term relationships and works tirelessly to ensure that his clients have the proper coverage they need. He is known for his exceptional customer service, keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the various insurance products available in the market.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys traveling with his wife of over twenty years and their three children. He is also an avid boater and sports enthusiast.
Sharon McLennon is the founder of Renaissance Management Group, Inc. and has served as the Company’s CEO since its inception in 2000.
Ms. McLennon began her career in New York City with Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP in their emerging market practice. Her clients included well-known brands such as Brooks Brothers, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Racal Datacom and the Unilever Pension Fund. After 6 years with the Firm, Ms. McLennon transitioned into private industry and over the next decade served as controller and director of accounting in publicly and privately traded companies.
In 2000, Ms. McLennon founded RMG and began providing real estate management and consulting services. RMG currently manages a portfolio of more than 1,000 units valued in excess of $200 million.
Ms. McLennon is active in the community and has served on several boards including the Lauderhill Chamber of Commerce (past president), the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, the advisory board of the Lauderhill YMCA (Chair) and Amazing Community Partners. She has been appointed to and currently serves on the City of Pompano Beach’s affordable housing advisory committee.
Ms. McLennon is a New York State licensed CPA and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Economics from the City College of New York as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Baruch College. She is a licensed real estate broker, real estate instructor and community association manager.
