The City utilizes Onvia DemandStar to maintain our vendor database and provide electronic notification of our Solicitation opportunities. Each vendor is categorized by NIGP commodity codes for the specific goods or services offered by the vendor. Businesses who have registered are notified electronically whenever the City requests a quotation or has issued a formal Solicitation for a commodity or service offered by the vendor. By clicking on the DemandStar link provided below you will be able to access and download the City’s requests. The City charges no fee for these documents; however, some construction documents and plans will still need to be purchased from the City's consultant.

Onvia DemandStar’s automated information services will send new opportunities via email or fax. In order to receive these notifications, your company must activate an Onvia DemandStar account. Your company can visit  www.demandstar.com and click the "Subscribe now!" text link to register for a complimentary FREE AGENCY subscription. On the registration form, enter the required information for your business and be sure to enter the City of Sunrise in the Agency Name field. By clicking on the DemandStar link provided below you will be able to access the vendor registration form.

The City of Sunrise also issues Invitations for Bids (IFBs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) which can be accessed via DemandStar. However, due to the length and complexity of construction documents, they are not available online. For your convenience, brief overviews are shown with information about where the documents can be purchased and the cost.

If you are a vendor or individual that want to sell products and/or services to the City of Sunrise you can attend one of the monthly vendor workshops scheduled as follows:
