Sawgrass International Corporate Park
The largest office park in the county and one of Florida's largest office park, Sawgrass International Corporate Park, features 612 acres of prime sites and facilities for corporate headquarters and regional office operations. Strategically bound by I-595, I-75 and Sunrise Boulevard, this state-of-the-art business park features a variety of business space from high-tech manufacturing and R&D to executive office suites and mid-rise Class A office projects.

Sawgrass Technology Park
This 100-acre business park is easily accessible by I-595, I-75 and the Sawgrass Expressway.

Sunrise Commerce Park

 This 550-acre business park is primarily comprised of multi-tenant business facilities such as distribution buildings, manufacturing space, low-rise offices and executive suites. Sunrise Commerce Park is located in the City's northern section and bordered on the west by the Sawgrass Expressway.

Broward Lakes Business Park
This 120-acre business park is in the southwest section of the City, with I-75 as its western border.
