Land Use, Zoning, and Site Plan Review

Land Use and Zoning interpretation is conducted by Planning Division staff for all applications for construction. Staff members primarily assess the applications and plans for conformance to the City's Land Development Code, Zoning Map, Future Land Use Map, and Comprehensive Plan. Sign applications are also reviewed and processed, and inquiries are addressed.

The City's Development Review Committee (DRC) meets bi-monthly to review applications for development projects, including land use plan amendments, rezonings and site plans. A schedule is available below:
