The City is home to more than 250 acres of municipal green space - from small neighborhood parks to large facilities with a full range of amenities. Follow the links in the table below for more information on our city parks and recreation facilities or view our park rules.

Sunrise residents: Access Village Multipurpose Center with your FREE membership!

  • Individual Memberships are FREE for ages 18+ with proof of Sunrise residency.
  • Family Memberships are FREE with proof of Sunrise residency for up to five family members living at the same address. Parent or guardian must apply in person with a photo I.D., as well as a birth certificate for each minor child in the household.
  • Daily visit fees for non-members are $5 per adult and $3 per child (17 and younger).
  • Non-Resident Annual Memberships are $75 per adult and $50 per child (17 and younger).

Hours:  Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Programs: Village Multipurpose Center offers a wide variety of programs for all ages, including:

  • Adult Indoor Walking
  • 40+ Double Dutch Jump Rope
  • Badminton
  • Netball and Jr. Netball
  • Open Play Basketball (Adults or Ages 13 and Under)
  • Wheelchair Basketball
  • Smart Start Youth Basketball
  • Youth Nights
  • Fit Kids/Fit Teens
