The City of Sunrise and the Greater Sunrise Chamber of Commerce are keeping their softball rivalry alive – in the name of charity. These “friendly” foes will take to the field on Saturday, November 18, at 10:00 a.m. at City Park (6700 Sunset Strip, Sunrise 33313) to earn bragging rights for the year. More importantly, they’ll be collecting contributions in support of the local Sunrise veterans. Refreshments will also be sold on-site.
