Open-Play Chess

Join us for free, weekly open-play chess sessions at the Sunrise Civic Center. Due to the September 11th Remembrance Ceremony, today's session will be held in the Sunrise Civic Center Community Room, next to the concession stand. (Sessions typically take place in the Theatre lobby.)

People of all ages and skill levels, including those who have never played chess, are invited to participate in supervised open play. Thanks to the Sunrise Center for Excellence in Chess, free instruction is provided. For more information, call (954) 747-4600.
