This survey will assist the City of Sunrise in identifying general areas of need for using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Partnership, and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Program funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Aggregate information from this survey will be shared at public meetings. No personally identifiable information will be shared. HUD requires that the programs and services provided with CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds are used to meet the housing and community development needs of low and moderate-income residents of Sunrise, FL.
